Dr. Daniel Betts was already a visionary entrepreneur when he joined our incubator many years ago with an idea that has now grown into an industry disruptor and earned investment from one of Bill Gates’ venture funds.Â
Blue Frontier graduated our incubator in 2015 into Deerfield Beach and later Boca Raton as it developed its ultra-efficient air conditioner that also stores electrical energy. This combined capability reduces building energy consumption without air conditioners contributing to building peak demand, and can tie its power consumption to renewable energy. Its ultimate goal is to significantly reduce building greenhouse gas emissions and to enable widespread global access to air conditioning, without harming the planet.Â
