Michael Udine is a dynamic civic leader and attorney, who previously spent over a decade as Mayor and Commissioner in Parkland, leading the city to recognition as one of South Florida’s safest and most family‑focused communities .
As commissioner, he championed public safety enhancements during the Stoneman Douglas tragedy, as well as spearheading the annexation of 500 acres from Palm Beach County, one of Florida’s largest land transfers
Michael has taught business law at Broward College, demonstrating his commitment to higher education. Michael supported the mission of the research enterprise at FAU and fostered tech-based economic development in both Broward and Palm Beach counties.
